BABLITCH, J. The parents of William Robert Lyons appeal from a judgment admitting his will to probate over their objections. They contend on appeal that the proponent and sole beneficiary of the will, Arla Mae Boldt, failed to meet her burden of proof by clear and convincing evidence that the will was properly executed because (1) the will was not signed on behalf of the testator, who was unable to write or speak, at his "express direction" pursuant to sec. 853.03, Stats; and (2) only one of the two attesting witnesses testified at the contested hearing on the admission of the will be probate. We reject the first contention, and reverse and remand on the second.
