SNYDER, J. This case arises under Wisconsins marital property law. Wesley Lloyd died in 1990. The dispute before us is between Harold Lloyd, Wesleys nephew, and Christine Lloyd, Wesleys widow. Harold seeks to inherit certain real estate and money from certificates of deposit (CDs) and bank accounts (collectively, "bank accounts") left to him in Wesleys will but claimed by Christine to be marital property.
